This new technology allows the user to expose standard size and large format substrates and maintain high density, high resolution specifications to 25µ if required.

For the first time the µPrint™ provides the versatility to expose Dry Film, Liquid etch resist and Liquid photo imageable soldermask (LPISM)
without using separate exposure systems.

When combined with a multiple camera registration system the unit provides top-bottom accuracy greater than 10µ with a repeatable uniformity of 5µ

Regardless of the size of the substrate the  µPrint™ has the capability of a collimated resolution angle of 1.5º with a declination of 0º.
