The µPrint2530ST now has the unique technology to see fiducials covered by colored soldermasks` This technology is called AFR™ "Advanced Fiducial Recognition"
Now; registration retry`s are reduced to a minimum. Advanced LED technology provides the necessary illumination to look through darkened masks. Adding the feature of (8) cameras(4) top & (4) bottom Registration to 10µ with 50µ dams increases productivity, increasing yield thus lower cost and higher margins.
